If you wish, we will carry out all the tasks for you in the correct form and on time, so that you don't have to worry about anything, even in the USA. This service is called Compliance Watch.

What does Compliance Watch mean?

Every US company has various legal obligations that management must comply with, otherwise fines will be imposed and/or companies will be automatically deleted because it is assumed that the company is no longer needed.

In this context, “compliance” means compliance with these obligations in accordance with the regulations and “watch” means monitoring these obligations on a schedule. Simply put: With this service, we ensure that none of these obligations are violated, so that your company in the USA is kept harmless at all times so that there are no unpleasant surprises after incorporation.

In contrast to most other providers - if they even have this service in their range - we do not limit ourselves to a mere "reminder service" where we bother you with empty forms and ominous filling aids, but we carry out the tasks independently for you so you don't have to worry about it yourself.

If your assistance is required, this is limited to signing completed documents.

What is the duration of the “Compliance Watch”?

The service runs for 12 months, with the subsequent service period following the previous one. The service does not automatically renew and therefore does not need to be canceled by you.

We will ask you well before the end of the booking period whether you would like to extend the booked service or whether we should discontinue it.

What is the difference between “Compliance Watch” and “Registered Agent”?

A Registered Agent is an authorized recipient who is designated as a recipient for official mail or mail from courts, which, unlike in Europe, are not addressed to the managing director and sent to the business address of a company, but to the Registered Agent and his or her address. His primary job is to ensure that such mail is accepted and forwarded accordingly. So this is primarily about forwarding this post.

The “Compliance Watch” is completely independent of this and is responsible for compliance with legal obligations, such as the punctual submission of the annual report. If one is not submitted, fines will initially be imposed and the company will then be automatically deleted from the respective register. So this is about maintaining the company.

A registered agent has a completely different area of responsibility, which does not include the completion of tasks with regard to legal obligations.
