This makes it possible to found a company completely legally and anonymously, where third parties - including foreign authorities - have no access to the company data.

Company registration in the USA in 5 easy steps

1. Preparation

Any natural or legal person can use the service to set up a company.

2. Fill out the “Client Information” document

Fill out the document completely and enter the company names and directors/shareholders.

Enter the company address (company headquarters if available) or special requests (if available).

3. Payment

Choose your payment method (We accept payments by credit/debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or bank transfer). You can choose on the website.

4. Notary appointment

Arrive in person at the notary appointment (only required in some special cases) and complete all formalities at the notary. The notary forwards the documents to the central company register.

5. Delivery

You will receive copies of the necessary documents including: Certificate of Incorporation, Company Registration, Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association, etc. Then your new company is ready to do business in a specific jurisdiction!

If the partners are natural persons, they need:

- Copy of passport

- Copy of a document confirming the address of residence (residential registration certificate, electricity bill, gas bill, not older than 2 months)
