Company formation - our individual services in detail

A lot or a little: Our service portfolio is modular and adapts seamlessly to your individual needs at any time.

Company foundations

We register companies in different countries for you quickly and cost-effectively, with all available legal forms available.

Business addresses

To set up a company, a business address (registered office) in the respective country is required, which we offer in various countries and the forwarding of official mail is also offered. This address can be used as a company address, e.g. on company stationery or in the imprint of a website.

Certified company documents, apostilles, confirmed translations

Officially or notarized company documents with a so-called apostille are available for all company formations, which you need, for example, to register a branch in Germany or another country or to open a bank account. Certified translations from a sworn and court-approved translator are also available.

Opening bank accounts

We would also be happy to help you open a company bank account and ensure a smooth process when opening an account for your new company. Opening an account is possible in various countries around the world. In addition, numerous other EU countries are available for opening an account, although the optimal choice of country and bank always depends on the specific case and the respective circumstances.

Company administration/secretary service

After founding, companies have a number of annual obligations in almost all countries, such as filing an annual company report and balance sheet. These obligations apply in principle to every company, regardless of whether it operates in Europe or outside of Europe and even if a company is dormant. We therefore also offer company management, which involves the completion of all administrative tasks that arise during a year and which prevents a company from being fined due to late or missing submissions, or even from being deleted ex officio , so that you don't have to experience any unpleasant surprises after the company is founded.

Escrow service for owners

If, for whatever reason, you do not want to appear publicly as the owner of a company, we can appoint a trustee (nominee shareholder) to set up a company to represent you, so that you yourself cannot be searched for as the owner under company law and in the Company documents listed. The position of such a representative is accompanied by an additional contract (trust agreement) in which all rights arising from the shares held are assigned to the actual owner. However, this varies from country to country and is not available in all countries
